As a volunteer coordinator, I led multiple large-scale environmental initiatives focused on sustainability, community engagement, and ecosystem restoration. Working with local NGOs and partner groups, I organized and managed over 200 volunteers across projects like beach cleanups, seed-ball making drives, Miyawaki forest plantations, and lake restoration activities. My responsibilities included end-to-end coordination from planning event logistics and volunteer outreach to ensuring smooth on-ground execution. I facilitated collaboration between community members, NGOs, and local authorities to maintain participation and long-term project continuity.
