Work included improving the current user experience, adding more functionality to the platform as well as researching and developing exploratory pieces of work such as Conversational Commerce and smart global search. Left the contract early due to the Lead opportunity offered at Lloyds.

Working on a new education platform & CMS. Taking into consideration requirements from many different stakeholders and referencing other related work that was developed concurrently. Taking feedback from usability testing, and workshops and applying it to hi fi wireframes and working prototypes. Working mostly in Axure RP and Omnigraffle.

Web Designer

Contracted to redesign a CRM application internally used by Relationship Managers to manage their clients (appointments, tasks, enquiries, deals, communication and documentation) within the Commercial Banking team. 

The original ‘off the shelf’ product had been adapted to the needs of the business but was failing to be adopted due to a poor user experience. Tasked to redesign the application as a responsive MVP, which will be rolled out in place of the existing system on completion.  

User research conducted involved user interviews, user observation, competitor research and a UX audit of the current solution.
 
Prototyping in Axure and user tested every few weeks with actual users in a formally facilitated user testing environment.

Senior UX Consultant - Contract

British Airways needed a responsive redesign of their current ba.com website to work across all platforms. Working to an agile methodology, the role involved redesigning all current ba.com components and functional flows to work in a consistent manner across all salient viewport sizes.

Freelance Digital Designer

Leading the redesign on CBO, Lloyds Commercial Banking Platform which services over 18,000 commercial clients.

UX research has included facilitating workshops, interviewing clients, journey mapping, task
models and heuristic analysis of current journeys.

Objective to research and identify usability issues across the platform, redesign these journeys to address those issues and improve upon the overall platform experience. Aiming to improve NPS scores, lower complaints and support centre volume through improved user experience

Wireframing new shop designs with Ocado’s CMS system and its restrictions in mind.
UI design for new ‘shop in shop’ sites to stand within Ocado’s existing interface.
Communicating ideas of desired site functionality with the developer team and working with them to achieve these. Creating and developing upon Ocado’s new look design for a more striking design and customer engaging experience.
Setting up and directing photoshoots for specific products within the shop designs to obtain the images envisaged for each design.

UI Designer- Contract

Interpreting client briefs and designing and building engaging digital advertising solutions in
response. Building these campaigns across multiple platforms ( desktop, mobile, tablet and outdoor screen)
Campaigns have included many blue chip clients such as BP, Shell, Barclays, Airbus, Paramount, BA and many other global brands.
Creating new and engaging ‘out of the square’ solutions for clients.
Actively involved in intense collaboration between key members of sales, creative and ad operations team.
Minor UI and UX design for Reuters UK and international sites.

Interactive Designer - Contract

Brought in to role out the rebrand of one of Hogarth’s major clients across all comms and to oversee the work of all new and existing designers to ensure their deliverables complied.
After a one month contract extended out to 6 more, I was offered the Lead designer role.
