I built Sequence-LLM as a learning project while exploring configuration of local AI and LLMs on my machine.The goal was to create a lightweight orchestration layer for running multiple local models without manually managing servers.Key things I learned while building this:<ul><li>CLI design with Typer</li><li>Process lifecycle management</li><li>Cross-platform packaging and PyPI publishing</li><li>Config-driven architecture</li><li>Local LLM runtime integration</li></ul>The project is open source and published on PyPI.Would appreciate feedback from the community.
