International students struggle in their first year due to lack of resources and support from their universities. I founded the IndoCanada Webinar as a solution to ease a young leader’s transition from high school to college. As the Founder & Host, I independently- - Recruited and coordinated with top speakers across 6 universities via LinkedIn outreach - Devised an extensive partnership strategy to work with AdmitKard - India's premier college counseling service with a massive network of study abroad aspirants. - Organised and moderated the first live webinar series "Kickstart your Journey to Canada" in partnership with AdmitKard - Achieved a record high turnover of 1010 students in 2 days and an average duration rate of 60% throughout the webinar. - Researched crucial panel questions which deliver value to high school students. Brainstormed on guidelines to assist panelists towards devising all-rounded answers. - Created an event plan, itinerary and the final script for the webinar
