Senior Software Engineer

My role at Walnut was to help build the Walnut Android application as part of the 4 member team serving 5 million+ users. 

At Walnut I was actively involved in design, engineering and product decisions affecting millions of users. 

I have a deep understanding of the payment ecosystem in India. While at Walnut I worked very closely with partner banks and third-party vendors to integrate UPI. 

Built various custom views, optimized database queries reducing app launch times and integrated RESTful APIs amongst various other things.
