Recruitment Specialist

The Sourcing Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the sourcing team, design, development, and execution of the global crowd recruitment marketing strategy, sourcing strategies and talent channels. The position is responsible for partnering with other Recruitment management leaders and HR Business partners to extend and expand our company's crowdsourcing brand domestically and within the international marketplace, build out channels such as social/digital media, recruitment advertising, referral programs, diversity hiring programs, and other direct sourcing channels.
