Here I Joined as RPA Developer in the area of Windows based Applications/ Software and Web based Applications Automation which works as a value add for the client resulting in dollar savings. My responsibilities here include:
1. Design and implement automation Processes using RPA tool such as Blue Prism.
2. Develop and maintain documentation for existing and new automation processes.
3. Troubleshoot automation issues and identify solutions.
4. Work closely with stakeholders to understand process requirements and develop appropriate automation solutions.
5. Monitor the performance of automation processes and Identify areas for process improvement.
6. Collaborate with other teams to ensure successful implementation of automation projects in agile manner.
7. Mentored 10+ new Joines to the coding standards, development and SDLC deliverables, Testing.
