Expanded the community to 21 cities in India within two years, establishing a strong presence for Figma in all major tech ecosystems across the country.

Created and curated multiple resources to facilitate the onboarding of Community Advocates and assist them in building and expanding their respective city communities.

Analyzed the needs of community members and the challenges they faced when starting with tech.

Designed and executed more than 7 learning programs tailored to the needs of community members. These programs include the TinkerHub Learning Facilitators Learning Stations, and Maker Stations (in association with Amazon) on a large scale.
