Entropik Tech is an Emotion AI company, primarily focusing on gaining consumer insights from Facial, eye tracking and tonality touchpoints. My primary responsibilities at Entropik Tech include:

•	Working on defining metrics derived from the Emotion AI models – Engagement, Attention, Comprehension, Persuasion, Brand Recall
o	All these metrics have been derived from facial emotion data, with the metrics tested against survey results, the correlation is around 80% for all the metrics that have been defined
•	Building ET metric pipeline, including determining Time to Discovery, fixation duration, stopping power, target consumer experience, attention ratio, earned attention
•	Deriving meaningful metrics for UX/UI research including gaze plot, above the fold vs below the fold attention.
•	Metrics defined across Media, Shopper and UX have led to 70% increase in usage of our flagship product – AffectLab, on which companies test their ads to determine emotional engagement and the attention of 

Data Scientist

Part of the Analytics setup at Bharti Axa Life Insurance.

My Primary Responsibilities include:
•	Working with Ops, Sales, Marketing and Customer Engagement teams, understanding their business needs and providing analytical support.
•	Streamlined communication strategy of the company by identifying duplication of contact numbers and email-ids. Also helped to prevent duplication of SMS reminders being sent out to customers.
•	End-to-End business analysis of different sales channels (Agency, DD, CAB) to understand pain points of each and where improvements can be made.
•	Automation of MIS reports using python and VBA including Agent Goal-sheet, Incentive report, Product Dashboard. This has helped to reduce time taken to produce these report from 8 hours and to 5 minutes.
•	Building ML models to supplement various stages of the policy including onboarding (Persistency Model), ongoing (Lapsation  Model), and customer servicing (Product Recommendation, Surrender vs Retention)

Willis Re is one of the 3 biggest (re)insurance brokerage companies in the world. I was part of the NA Reinsurance Pricing Team.

My Primary Responsibilities included:
•Responsible for handling Ground Up Loss Ratio Analysis, Experience and Exposure Analysis and determining Credibility of Company's loss experience as compared to the Industry.
•Simulating Company's losses under different reinsurance structures to determine the optimal reinsurance solution using iFM (Willis Re owned loss simulation Model).
•Part of the Willis Re Cyber team, which is an upcoming team with primary focus on understanding how insurers are Cyber exposed and what could be the best ways to help them mitigate against potential over exposure, by coming up with exhibits like Cyber profile of Company vs peers, Sectors with greater risk of Cyber Exposure.
•Assisted in development of Cyber Risk Exposure tool through reparameterization of model using updated loss exposures
