* Lead of cross-team of 5 Frontend Engineers to make JSM Accessible. As a part of my role, I enabled trainings & tooling adoption across all the teams in JSM. This role also involves me to coordinate with Jira Platform team and Accessibility team and represent JSM in all the discussions and decisions. This is a huge impact project since Accessibility is becoming a mandatory in multiple regions of the world.
