Our customer is Finnish construction company YIT. It had 2 separate websites aimed for Russian market. Each website presented real estate projects available for sale: one website had offerings in Finland only, the other had offerings in Baltic and Central European countries. Websites were different in terms of visual design and information architecture. Customer goal was to unify these websites into single website with significantly improved content and overall usability to increase visitors into leads conversion rate, to improve visibility in search englines, to build trust and simplify management.
Sobaka Pavlova's team in close collaboration with customer team analysed user expectations, developed personas and scenarios and created prototype of new website. New unique text content was also created during this projects, including interface texts. All created artifacts were used by customer technicians to implement new website using Sitefinity CMS.
