How would you like to receive updates on progress?
Can you share something about your own career progression?
What would you like to know about me?
Can you tell me about your management style?
How do you prioritize tasks when there are competing deadlines?
How do you measure team performance?
Are there expectations about work hours, dress code, or travel?
What’s the most important thing I can focus on in my first few months
What's the team composition and culture like?
How does the team fit into the broader organization?
What’s the team’s charter or roadmap?
What are the top priorities for the team?
Can you share some of the team's recent achievements?
What challenges is the team facing?
Who are our stakeholders and partner teams?
What processes do we follow?
Who are the POCs (Points of Contact) I should reach out to?
Are there any role guidelines I should review?
What are your thoughts on the team so far?
