Online RTO Number Auction

The basic idea behind this Project is to create three tier Web based application representingRTO Auction Website. Which will work on aspects of GUI(Graphical User Interface) ,JSP(Java Server Pages)/HTML5 and Database management(MYSQL). This application consists of information about RTO Numbers and their Series Auctions. User can purchase by raising their quotation of number that they want.This Web application will provide Numbers with their base prices and depending on highest price.Number will be sold to that person and will ask for payment atnearest RTO. User can apply for any number of their choice.
