Developed as part of the CIS Regional Initiative “Creating a Child Online Protection Centre for the CIS Region” adopted at WTDC-14 (Dubai, UAE). A team of experts compiled and tested a list of existing technical solutions, installing each on computers or mobile devices to verify all declared functions. Detailed test reports were created for every solution and stored in the database. The platform was developed based on recommendations for selecting the most suitable content filtering system for specific users or organizations.
