A tool designed to identify personal qualities influencing learning outcomes and to determine optimal methods of delivering educational materials using telecommunications/ICT. The system targets three age groups: Basic level (ages 4–9) – preschool and primary school Middle level (ages 10–17) – secondary school pupils Advanced level (17+) – students, parents, and teachers Each level includes testing modules tailored to the age group, using formats ranging from traditional “question–answer” tests to visually rich interactive assessments. Content and presentation are adapted to the specific characteristics of each target audience.
