Here is how you can get the most out of Calvin and personalise it

Smart Automations

Once you log in, Calvin will start labelling your emails based on these smart automations. Calvin will ensure all your incoming emails are labelled so you know what is important for you.

You can also enable 'Remove from Inbox' which will remove Newsletter, Social and Other emails from your inbox, keeping it chaos-free

Create Custom Automations

You can create custom automations using simple natural language and decide how you want Calvin to handle those emails

Create Todo

You can create Todos directly from your email by simply adding a To-do label. Calvin then creates a Todo for you in the dashboard so you never miss a important task in future.

Never miss a follow-up

Calvin tracks every email you send and creates a Followup todo for you in case you don't receive a reply in 3 days
