Citizen Service solutions enabling citizens not only report any visible issues but also follow up those problems till proper resolution. It started with reporting any problems around them and share the images. Citizens can report these problems by clicking and uploading photograph. Subsequent follow-ups will be with clicking of clicking and uploading photographs’. Once those problems resolved by authorities then the same should also be validated by Citizens themselves by taking photographs & upload them. The system will identify weather it’s resolved or not. A lot of public places lack basic facilities like clean drinking water, Sanitations, Clean & Pot hole free roads, clean public toilets etc. In most cases, the government bodies get adequate funds to provide these facilities as well as other benefits to people but they don’t utilize these funds appropriately. Every civic society can/does have civic body that any stakeholder – People, community member or volunteers can join and report their issues.
