At VTC Academy, as part of my final project before graduation. I and my team, including 3 members, started to implement digital marketing strategies and practices for Ngã Coffee & Desserts, a local coffee shop at K4/2 Dang Thuy Tram Street, Da Nang City. Our scope of this project includes social media marketing, Design, Video Marketing, Facebook Ads, Branding, Market Research, Chatbot Integration, and AI Application.
Overall, after roughly 2 and a half months, Ngã Coffee & Desserts has successfully rebranded itself as a vintage, and energetic place for youth (previously Ngã is known as Hẻm Xéo Cafe, a place for the Indie music fan community). Furthermore, Ngã also reported an increase of over 60% in revenue. Lastly, our team also successfully completed two Awareness Facebook Ads campaigns with more than 60,000+ reach in Da Nang City in 10 days with a total budget of ~600,000 - 700,000 VNĐ
