Day 13/21 - Email Management Feature by Apeksha Houzwala

The goal was to improve the way users interact with their inbox by offering filtering, organizing, and action-taking tools that simplify email management. The interface is minimal and clear, ensuring users can easily find, read, and organize emails.

Screen 1: This screen features a clean layout with a search bar and prominent filter buttons, allowing users to quickly sort their emails by criteria. Each email is displayed in a card-style format, showing key details. This design enables users to scan through their inbox effortlessly and find what’s most important.

Screen 2: When reading an email, the focus is on simplicity and readability. The top of the screen provides action buttons- archive, move to a folder and delete, below which the sender and subject are displayed, followed by the email’s content. At the bottom of the screen, action buttons (Reply, Forward) are displayed, allowing users to quickly take the next steps without scrolling or confusion.

Screen 3: This screen introduces smart folder functionality, where users can create custom folders to organize their emails based on filters. The minimalist design helps focus attention on organization tasks, and the “Create Folder” button is highlighted for ease of use.
