My design approach focuses on enhancing the payment flow by integrating ancillary services like insurance, airport pickup/drop-off, and boarding/onboard services. I focus on presenting these options in clear, distinct cards, allowing users to make informed choices without being overwhelmed by too much information.
I try to position the services where they’re most relevant, considering the customer’s travel experience. This approach aims to address the needs of travelers while also aligning with the airline’s goals, creating a mutually beneficial experience for both parties.
