Day 5/21 - Design a Subscription Cancellation Flow by Bhavya Singh
Restoring the streak back again.
Learnt about how cancellation flows are designed. Turns out their main target is to ensure that the user doesn't leave the platform. In some of the applications they even provide lucrative offers right before the user is about to end the subscription.
I do understand why it is structured like that but then users should have that space to cancel the subscription and NOT feel guilty about their decisions.
Here's a simple cancellation flow, would love to know your feedback.
To senior designers out there, I have a question, there are times when you're referencing ideas and flows from other apps as well, then how should one ensure that the uniqueness remains preserved? cc: Akash Bhadange
