Day 20/21 - Shipment Tracking Dashboard for eCommerce by Apeksha Houzwala

The goal of the design was to streamline order tracking and support for a smooth experience.

• Screen 1: Users get a quick snapshot of their recent orders, including a visual of each item and a clear status update. The green color of the status text draws attention, helping users track each order’s journey at a glance.

• Screen 2: Selecting an order takes users to a detailed tracking screen where they can see the order’s progress with a timeline bar, estimated arrival date, and delivery details. The option to "Track Package" or "Report an Issue" is prominently placed to make it easy for users to take action.

• Screen 3: This screen provides a list of common problems for any delivery issues. Users can simply select their issue and add comments if needed, making the process efficient.
