The Order Details Screen breaks down each order’s status with a chronological tracking timeline and additional information, such as an Order Summary and optional map view, to offer complete transparency. On the Issue Reporting Screen, users can select the issue type, add descriptions, and choose contact preferences, while courier information is displayed for easy access. The sidebar navigation ensures intuitive access to all sections, making the system user-friendly and efficient.
