Day 5/21 - Design a Subscription Cancellation Flow by Himanshu Balani

I have designed a educational video streaming service application's cancellation flow for this challenge.

Cancel Subscription Page -
Benefits of having the subscriptions are clearly mentioned. Users are informed about when their subscription will end and the primary CTA encourages users to keep their subscription, but the option to cancel is clearly available.

Feedback Page - The second screen focuses on gathering valuable feedback while leaving the door open for users to change their mind. The multiple-choice options make it easy for users to quickly provide a reason. The Primary CTA here is to finally unsubscribe but a way to resubscribe is mentioned.

I played with illustrations a bit and maybe they too tell a tale.
