This screen offers a visual look at your progress with easy-to-read graphs that track your activity daily, weekly, and monthly. It’s designed to give you an encouraging view of how far you’ve come and where you can improve, helping you stay on track and stay motivated.
Screen 3: Goal Setting
This screen lets you set new goals or adjust existing ones. You can easily customize targets for steps, workout time, distance, or calories to match your fitness level and goals.
