The Goal Setting screen is designed for simplicity and ease of use, allowing users to directly change their fitness targets with minimal effort. The layout highlights different goal categories, enabling users to quickly select a type of goal and adjust the value
On the progress screen, users can filter specific activities and track overall stats over selected time frames presented visually on a line graph. This page also provides insights into long-term trends while displaying detailed statistics and achievements, encouraging reflection and continuous improvement.
