Redesign the Search Bar: Swiggy App (Personal Favorite 😋)

As per the redesign requirements, I’ve reimagined the Swiggy app to enhance user experience by simplifying the interface and reducing the information overload. The focus was to create a cleaner look and make it easier for users to achieve their goals quickly.

Screen 1: Home/Search Screen

• Search Bar: Has filter and voice search options for convenience.

• Quick Picks: Easy access to popular restaurants or dish categories, making it easier to navigate.

• Reorder Feature: A quick section for frequently reordered items, saving time for regular users.

• Trending Options: Highlighting trending dishes for a quick decision.

Screen 2: Search Results Screen

• Predictive Suggestions: Intelligent suggestions for quick inputs like “piz..” to guide users faster.

• Sort Options: Clear sort options based on ratings, relevance, etc.

• Suggestive Filters: Displayed upfront for quick access to commonly used filters.

• Result Cards: Clean design showing only essential information for each result.

• Comprehensive Filters: Variety of filters to refine searches with simple tap add/remove functionality.

• Reset and Apply: Easy reset all/apply options for convenience.

• Save Filter Groups: Users can save filter combinations for quick access in future searches.
