Day 5/21 - Design a Subscription Cancellation Flow by Monish Reddy K
For this challenge, I didn't have any app in mind. While I was ordering food on Swiggy, I remembered this prompt and quickly checked how Swiggy is handling the One membership cancellation. But to my surprise they have a weird flow, where it says "Members have the flexibility to cancel within 30 days of activation, with a maximum of two cancellations per member to ensure fair usage. To proceed with cancelling your membership, please initiate a chat with us". I don't know if they have a flow or not, I couldn't find it in my account or on Mobbin. So here I am making an attempt to Designing Cancelling Swiggy One membership flow.
Screen 1: Swiggy One details screen, I have already subscribed to it.
Screen 2: Added the "Cancel Membership" option at the end of the Swiggy One details page.
Screen 3: After clicking on "Cancel Membership", user will be prompted with this screen showcasing the benefits they'll lose by cancelling and the date till they can avail these benefits.
Screen 4: Asking Feedback, why they are cancelling the membership. This is an optional step which can be skipped by clicking the cross icon.
Screen 5: Membership Cancellation Successful screen.
