Screen 1: Initial Option

1. Option to choose a pre-built template or create a form from scratch.

2. Start by entering the title and selecting the type of form.

Screen 2: Form Builder Screen

1. Drag and drop form fields easily to build the layout.

2. Arrange fields and customize the design.

3. Add collaborators to view or edit the project.

4. Preview the form before sharing.

Screen 3: Field Settings Screen

1. Edit input fields, labels, and properties here.

2. Save changes to ensure accurate field settings.

Screen 4: Form Preview Screen

1. Displays the final version of the form.

2. You can "Go back to editing" if you want to make further changes

3. Prominent "Share the Form" button or shareable code/link for easy distribution.
