Day 5/21 - Design a Subscription Cancellation Flow by Apeksha Houzwala

In Screen 1, the cancellation flow begins with a friendly confirmation screen. Users are reminded of the benefits they’ll lose by cancelling. The playful illustration adds a human touch to soften the cancellation process. A dropdown menu prompts users to select their reason for leaving, helping the company gather valuable feedback. The primary action encourages them to reconsider by managing their subscription first, while “Continue to Cancel” remains an option.

In Screen 2 presents a personalized retention offer based on the user's reason for cancelling. A friendly message encourages the user to reflect on their progress while still allowing the option to cancel. The clear call-to-action ensures the user feels in control without being overwhelmed by hard retention tactics.
