Day 2 — Talking Notes — Mobile App

Made an app named Jots. For this project I wanted to try monochromatic minimalistic branding.

Key decision making areas were -

How can the notes be organised with minimum friction?

Incorporated hashtags for it

How can headings be decided via voice command?

Solution was to incorporate editable headings

How to minimise errors because of variable pronunciations?

free cursor movement throughout transcript for accessibility.

What if the user is bilingual and is jotting down their daily activities?

Incorporated select language option for users to interact with the app in a way they are comfortable.

PS: I didn’t want to share my lo-fi work. But it’s important to be real, seed of a tree is rarely ever as aesthetic as it’s flower.
