Day 5/21 - Design a Subscription Cancellation Flow by Adelaide Bosso
Took on the Netflix subscription cancellation page,
The first cancellation offers the user 2 options, either to proceed to cancellation or to downgrade their plan as that maybe what their current problem is related to.
On the second page where the user proceed to cancellation, there is a feedback form to enable Netflix collect data to make more enjoyable decisions for users in the future.
There is also a progress panel at the top so the user is aware of how may processes they have to go through to achieve their goal.
