Day 20/21 - Shipment Tracking Dashboard for eCommerce by K N Abhishika
Designed the shipment tracking screens with below highlights:
- Order Summary on Home Screen: The Home screen provides users with a clear, quick overview of their orders, displaying essential details like Order ID, Order Title, and Progress Status at a glance. Users can see a thumbnail image, and delivery ETA, along with a status tag ("In Transit" or "Delivered") to minimize cognitive load.
- Comprehensive Order Detail View: Within the Order Detail screen, a prominent thumbnail and ETA reassure users with details such as "Arriving 2 days early" to foster positive feedback. The order status and tracking information update daily in a vertical scroll, with live map tracking and a timeline that minimizes information overload while keeping users well-informed.
- Report Issue Screen: For reporting issues, users are offered radio buttons to select specific problems, along with a text box for additional comments. A submit button and a link to “Need Help? Chat with us” (with a WhatsApp icon) ensure both flexibility and reassurance.
- Easy Access to Report Issues: The “Report Issue” CTA is accessible from both the Home screen order card and the Order Detail screen, ensuring users have multiple touchpoints for convenience.
