The process starts by outlining the benefits users will lose, ensuring they understand the impact of their decision. Next, users have a chance to share feedback, allowing them to voice their experience in a quick and easy step. Finally, in the confirmation stage, they’re presented with a more affordable membership option, giving them a convenient way to stay subscribed at a lower commitment level.
