A no-code tool I built for personal use to assess early-stage startup revenue potential. Sharing it here because I noticed a gap in understanding key metrics that predict whether a startup can reach ₹1 crore ARR within 12-18 months.
Too many founders and investors rely on gut feelings instead of data when evaluating revenue trajectory. This tool changes that by providing a systematic framework to validate business ideas before full launch or identify when to pivot.
The audit evaluates seven critical areas: founder market fit, product-market fit signals, customer acquisition efficiency, retention patterns, growth playbooks, and red flags. It's based on patterns I've observed across successful startups that consistently hit revenue milestones.
What it does:
Scores startups across proven revenue indicators
Identifies specific gaps preventing growth
Provides actionable next steps
Flags what's wrong with the startup
Takes 15 minutes, delivers instant results
Why I built it: Personal frustration with subjective startup evaluation. Wanted objective criteria to assess whether business ideas have genuine revenue potential or just optimistic projections. The metrics are weighted based on what correlates with early revenue success.
Who benefits:
Founders validating new products/services
Investors screening early-stage opportunities
Anyone launching something and wanting data-driven validation
The tool is entirely free, as I believe validation should be accessible to everyone. We don't store any audit data, so feel free to assess multiple ideas securely.
Eliminate guesswork in your early-stage revenue assessments and make smarter, data-driven decisions on product launches, pivots, and resource allocations.
Happy building!
