AI-based voice-assisted Contact Center for assisting Farmers for their problems. Farmers can log their problems with the contact center through SMS or website and in return an automated voice response in local languages is provided to the farmers with the most appropriate solution for their problems. This solution incorporates localization, NLP algorithms, crop and fertilizer recommendations, disease prediction, weather forecasting, and AI voice assistance, ensuring effective communication with farmers.
