General Purpose digital Chat bot

Though it all started long back in 2017 when I was in class 12 but it took shape this year when I learned python to some extent and was able to make a chatbot that communicates with you verbally. I still am looking for the natural language processing part as in its basic states it just works based on keywords. So I just can't call it an AI as it is not learning itself at all. Thought of using the NLTK and chatterbot libraries but till now not yet been added. Also, it still has a command-line interface so next will be giving a proper GUI to it.
