Instead of sharing public email IDs or dealing with random LinkedIn messages, HRs create a verified profile on Hirro and clearly list the roles they are currently hiring for.
If an HR is not hiring for a candidate’s role, the candidate cannot connect or send a message to that HR.
This ensures HR inboxes are never filled with unwanted resumes, and candidates apply only where it makes sense.
