What if ATMs were smarter, in order to serve more to the users and save their time on advanced operations, keeping the regular ATM functionality. Smart ATM has the potential of being a new banking technology created as an alternative to the traditional ATMs. With these innovative interfaces, a user can not only work on their individual banking transactions, but they can also delve into a ton of different actions as part of your banking process, such as interacting with a customer representative via video chat or making transactions with agent services with a tap of your finger. Apart from this convenience coming with its simple interface, one big advantage of Smart ATMs may be that having a much bigger space on their screen, so that they can provide more functionalities and an easier user experience. As SHERPA, we set off the road with that aim in mind: Designing new screen interface concepts for a new and an easier experience for more advanced banking operations. In accordance with that easy and innovative approach, keeping irregular personas in mind, we created a brand new banking experience by reconsidering the interface by means of button sizes, fonts and color schemes, including alternatives for different occasions of lighter and darker physical environments.
