I'm excited to share what we built over the last months: layers, an AI voice journal for creating the life you want. layers helps you build self-awareness, manage stress & anxiety, and navigate challenges.
I love journaling but it was hard for me to establish the habit. It often felt like a chore. So I got together with a friend to build an app to change that. We want to make self-reflection effortless, insightful, and engaging.
Instead of a blank page, using layers feels like a conversation with a trusted friend—just speak or type, and layers helps you uncover patterns, track emotions, and gain new perspectives.
