In this project, we attempted to reproduce the paper "Deep learning with multimodal representation for pancancer prognosis prediction" (Anika Cheerla, Olivier Gevaert, 2019), and redacted a blog post to describe it in detail. The project was developed with Python and the PyTorch framework.
