Trufairs is (Home Decor & Furniture) a Shopify-based Dropshipping store that was struggling for over a year without getting a single sale. I didn’t just run Google Ads, I worked from the ground up with the growth aspect of the entire business in mind.
First, I realized that the website was not conversion-friendly and made the necessary changes to the Call to Action, Product Page, and Checkout Flow, that is, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
Then, I spent two weeks building an organic audience for the brand with Video and Display Campaigns and collecting some necessary data. Based on that data, I launched two different Performance Max campaigns with Product Feed
One was an Asset-based campaign, targeting the Sectional Sofa product
The other was a Feed-only campaign, which included all products Feed
Alhamdulillah's Results:
First sale within 14 days of campaign launch
A total of 25 sales were made within 19 days, totaling $13k+
This success came through step-by-step strategic changes
I didn’t just sit around running the campaign. I analyzed each metric in depth. I tracked user behavior with GA4 and Microsoft Clarity, analyzed that data, and made decisions, when to run which ads, which pages to change, how to shift budgets.
I believe that sales don’t come just by running ads. It takes a lot of research, analysis, and making the right decisions. The Trufairs project was a great experience for me, where I was able to transform a store from zero to a profitable one.
