A sleek redesign of a mobile banking application that emphasizes clarity, efficiency, and user empowerment through intuitive interfaces and smart visual design. The app is made for the everyday customer that uses mobile banking. This project helped solve the major pain points that used to frustrate the users.
I used the double diamond approach to design to lead this project. From Research to Final design, I researched the need for the redesign and if it was actually necessary. After my redesign the user rating has increased by 32%.
