Superstore, a major U.S. retail chain, faces fluctuating sales performance and uneven profit distribution across regions and product categories. This has led to inefficiencies in inventory, marketing, and customer satisfaction. To address this, the company is launching a data analysis initiative to uncover the factors behind these inconsistencies.
I have clearly understanding problem area and observed with stakeholder involvement. I collected the required data and metric development. Then generated the targeted insights and finally communicated my findings effectively to the relevant stakeholders. Apart of this i have provided few actionable recommendations.
