Sunrise is a journaling app designed to relieve anxiety. Main features include "Guided Templates", which are evidence-based journal templates for mental health, and Encouraging Feedback, which provide encouraging yet anonymous feedback on your journal entries.

Privacy: Set passcode or biometric auth to protect your journals. We also don’t collect your personal data or your journal entries on our server.

Beautiful Calendar View: Track your mood with colors when you write your journals and then check your monthly mood history in your calendar view.
Writing Timer: Sunrise shows a timer while you write. It will help you form a consistent journaling habit.
