Predictive Model with Clinical and Genetic Data

Aimed at building an open source computational system that will help physicians take clinical decisions based on DNA sequencing information (dubbed "Doctor in a Box" - http://www.cmu.edu/homepage/health/2012/winter/doctor-in-a-box.shtml) I
