supergeneralist

the new wave of humans before ASI!

supergeneralist

well, before we will see the AGI or ASI, we will see the wave of supergeneralists, the new wave of super humans.

the humans who can do 10X or 100X more with technology around them.

growing startups are getting harder and harder.

while starting one is getting easier.

why?

the AI wave

AI is a force multiplier for anyone starting a company today. AI can whip up prototypes, write code, or design interfaces in hours, not months. It’ll churn out options faster than you can blink. It’s a one-man army for the solo founder researching markets, drafting plans, even handling customer emails.

the grunt work that used to take teams and budgets?

now it’s just you and a machine. starting has never been cheaper or quicker.

but growing, though

that’s a different beast.

AI can optimize your ads, predict trends, or crunch numbers to keep cash flowing.

but scaling isn’t just about tools

it’s about people, trust, and chaos

It’s a helper, not a leader

the real grind of growth—building culture, making tough calls, adapting to surprises, firefighting.

still falls on you.

enters, supergeneralist

so, what do founders need now?

there is no question about leveraging AI but combining it with the right person is what supergeneralist is suppose to be

getting a smart operator who can figure out multiple things in a day is your superpower. more companies will move in the direction of building smaller and smaller teams.

i recently spoke to someone who is a great engineer, can code without AI tools but he recently picked up designing and writing skills.

he has taken up a timeline of 3 months to become a Swiss army knife for any founder building in the AI domain.

with coding (A+), designing (B) and writing (A) he will be able to drive a lot impact on the business.

supergeneralists are the one who can combine a few unique skills across multiple domains and discipline into something powerful.

but make no mistake that this is not your typical generalist.

generalist are great with driving efficiency into the existing systems and processes but supergeneralists can innovate and experiment beyond the ops work.

my closing thoughts are simple:

the new era of work is coming, we need to evolve faster.

my attempt is to share more learnings and research in this domain.
