Momentum is a small workout assistant — a tool my wife and I are building to help us stay consistent with our workouts.
Most fitness apps felt overwhelming — too many dashboards, streaks, and social noise. We just wanted a calm, simple space to log what we did, see progress, and stay motivated.
So we built Momentum — a minimalist workout logging app that keeps the essentials:
• Log exercises, sets, and reps effortlessly
• Track your progress over time
• Unlock personal insights that fuel consistency
No algorithms, no distractions — just you, your workouts, and your journey.
Momentum is designed to be fast, private, and delightful to use.
What began as a project for two has become something we now use daily — and we’re excited to see where it goes next, as we have a lot of plans for it.
