SmartSuburb is a website application for new Australians, who do not have English as their first language and wish to invest in the Australian real estate market. SmartSuburb is a one-stop platform that aims to address all investment-related concerns. SmartSuburb provides many useful features to its users such as the trends of the median house prices for houses and units and rental returns for one, two- and three-bedroom units and houses for a suburb. Demographic information such as most spoken languages, most common age groups, most popular income ranges and most popular weekly rent groups can be found for a suburb. SmartSuburb also provides interesting functionalities such as providing a searching opportunity for users to research for the suburbs they love, comparing suburbs for a better choice, financial advise like a mortgage calculator and the latest currency converter and language translation among English, Chinese and Hindi. Hence SmartSuburb is as an intelligent one-stop platform to assist new Australians regarding property investment concerns.
