User Experience / User Interface

Evaluating the project's effectiveness, intuitiveness, aesthetics, and user-friendliness.

Originality / Uniqueness

Determining whether your project is a novel idea or if similar ones have been executed before.

Technicality

Evaluating the problem's complexity and approach, assessing efficiency, code structure, and cleanliness.

Feasibility

Assessing project's market success potential, target market, value proposition, competitive advantage.

Delightful-ness

Additional points will be given for any exceptional aspects of your project not covered by the above criteria.

Community Support

Community support through upvotes and comments both will influence the evaluation of the project.

What are the topics for this hackathon?
Participants can choose one of three following topics: AI in Job Hunting, AI for Social Media, AI for Productivity and DevTools
What’s the allowed team size?
Teams can have up to 4 members.
Can we integrate external APIs or libraries?
Yes, you can use external APIs and libraries in your project as long as you properly credit their usage.
How will the winners be chosen?
Winners will be chosen based on the judging criteria.
Where can I host the project?
You can host your project on any service of your choice like Railway, GitHub Pages, Vercel, Netlify, etc. The project should be publicly accessible, is the only criteria.
Do I need to share my code?
Yes, and we recommend sharing your codebase using Replit, GitHub, GitLab or BitBucket repos.
Can we work on old or ongoing projects?
Yes. You can work on old projects, but your project will be judged on the features you add during the hackathon.
How will plagiarism be detected?
Plagiarism may be identified through manual reviews, code comparison and similarity checks with existing projects.
How do I ensure a respectful behaviour during the hackathon?
All participants must adhere to a code of conduct, fostering a positive and inclusive environment for everyone throughout the event.
